B.C. Design-Creative was founded in 2019 by Composer and Creative, Jerel Ellegood with a focus on graphic design/marketing, music production, and creative direction/consulting.
Jerel Ellegood studied Music Education at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland and also studied composition intermittently with composer Tadd Russo over the years. A clarinetist for over twenty years, he has performed with the Morgan State University Band as well as the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra (Bernstein's Mass & John Corigliano's Circus Maximus). In 2011, he founded the Baltimore Modern Orchestra Project (now defunct), a modern arts collective and later served as Orchestra Manager, Graphic Designer, & Webmaster for the Symphony Orchestra of Northern Virginia for the 2013/14 season. In 2016, 'Anita's Flutes', a chamber ensemble based out of Baltimore, premiered his lament for the armed services, "Antebellum", at the 2016 Mid-Atlantic Flute Convention in Reston, Virginia.
As a Graphic Designer, Jerel has worked for more than two decades at the pleasure of numerous clients in the DC/Metro area and the West Coast, including Morgan State University, Baltimore County Public Schools Music Department, Morgan State University Bands, The Melvin & Cathy Miles' Endowed Fund, The House of LaBeija's California chapter along with many others.
Our range of services includes graphic/web design, music production, video editing, marketing direction, and creative consulting. Our agency also maintains a vibrant roster of skilled subcontractors that allow us to provide scalable, skilled, and efficient service to organizations big and small.
